1. What data we collect
DUNO is built on a simple principle: your thoughts are yours. We collect the minimum necessary to operate the app and process payments.
- —Purchase and subscription data (handled by Apple via the App Store)
- —Anonymous usage analytics (session length, feature usage — no content)
- —Crash reports (device type, iOS version, error logs — no personal data)
- —No account is required. We do not collect your name, email, or any identifying information.
2. How we use it
The data we collect is used exclusively to:
- —Process and validate your subscription through Apple
- —Fix bugs and improve app stability
- —Understand which features are useful (in aggregate, never individually)
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or behavioral targeting.
3. Third parties
We use one third-party service for payment processing:
- —Apple App Store — manages all in-app purchases and subscriptions. Apple's privacy policy governs how they handle payment data.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties. No advertising networks. No data brokers. No social media integrations.
4. Data storage and security
Because we collect so little, there is very little to protect. Anonymous analytics data is stored on secure servers and is not linked to any individual. Your pause sessions are processed locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers.
5. Your rights
You have the right to:
- —Know what data we hold about you (very little — see above)
- —Request deletion of any data associated with your device
- —Opt out of anonymous analytics at any time in app settings
- —Cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings
6. Children
DUNO is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
7. Changes to this policy
If we ever change what data we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and notify you through the app. We will never move in a direction that is less private without your explicit consent.
