Terms of Service

Welcome to Duno. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Duno mobile application ("App"), operated by DUNO ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You may register using:

3. Subscription and Payments

Duno offers subscription-based access to premium features. All payments are processed exclusively through Apple's In-App Purchase system. By subscribing, you also agree to Apple's terms and conditions regarding in-app purchases.

• —Subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed through your Apple ID account settings and are subject to Apple's policies.
• —We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Changes will not affect active subscription periods.

4. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• —Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the App or its servers.
• —Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• —Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.

• —Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the App.
• —Share, resell, or redistribute your account or subscription access.

5. AI-Powered Features

The App uses artificial intelligence powered by third-party AI models (including Google models) to provide personalized learning experiences. You acknowledge and agree that:

• —AI responses should not be treated as professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
• —We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
• —Your interactions with AI features may be used to improve and personalize your experience within the App.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services to provide its functionality. These include, but are not limited to:

• —Google and Apple for authentication
• —Third-party AI models for AI-powered features
• —Analytics providers for app improvement and performance monitoring

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and design — are the exclusive property of DUNO or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you:

• —Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior.
• —Use the App in a manner that could harm DUNO, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DUNO disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DUNO and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
