Terms of Service

1. Use of service

By downloading or using DUNO ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

DUNO is a personal wellness tool designed to create a pause between impulse and action. It is not a medical device, mental health treatment, or crisis intervention tool. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact appropriate emergency services.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the App.

2. Subscriptions and billing

DUNO offers two subscription options, managed through the Apple App Store:

• —Weekly plan: $6.99 per week. Billed weekly. No free trial.
• —Annual plan: $39.99 per year. Billed annually. Includes 3-day free trial.

All payments are processed by Apple. Prices are in USD and may vary by region based on Apple's pricing tiers.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3. Cancellation policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by applicable law.

To cancel: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → DUNO → Cancel.

4. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and assets within the App are owned by DUNO and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without express written permission.

5. Limitation of liability

DUNO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

DUNO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

6. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
